What Happens If I No Longer Have Active Policies with BeRebel?
If you no longer have active policies, BeRebel will generate the following:
- Ordinary Account Statement: This includes calculating any additional premiums to be settled.
- Closing Account Statement: This statement details the refund of the security deposit, provided there are no additional costs to offset, such as the penalty for not returning the telematics device.
Note: The refund will be issued to the payment method used for the initial policy subscription.
What Happens If I Have Multiple Active Policies with BeRebel?
If you have multiple policies for different vehicles and one is terminated, the deposit refund will proceed after the balance of the relevant account statement.
The refund will be credited using the same payment method used for the initial policy subscription (e.g., card or PayPal).
What Happens If the Original Payment Method Is No Longer Valid?
If the card or payment method used for the deposit is no longer active:
- The bank will automatically attempt to transfer the amount to a valid payment method associated with your account.
- If this is not possible, the bank will instruct you to recover your refund.
Note: BeRebel will send you an email to confirm the refund. Any issues with the refund process will be managed directly by your bank.
