1) How much time do I have to collect the RebelBot at the Parcel Shop?
You have 10 days, starting from the day after the box is delivered to the Parcel Shop, to collect your RebelBot.
2) How many kilometers are charged before installing the RebelBot?
The calculation of assigned forfait kilometers is based on the days elapsed since the RebelBot is made available at the pickup point:
- 0 km: Until the third day inclusive.
- 20 km: From the fourth day until the tenth day inclusive.
- 100 km: From the eleventh day onwards.
Example:
Policy effective date: 01/07/2024
RebelBot delivery to pickup point: 8/07/2024
From 11/07/2024: 20 kilometers will be assigned daily if the RebelBot is not installed.
From 19/07/2024: 100 kilometers will be assigned daily if the RebelBot is not installed.
3) What happens if I don't collect the RebelBot within the deadline?
The RebelBot will be available at the pickup point for a maximum of 10 days, after which it will be sent back to the sender. If the RebelBot is not collected, please contact our Customer Service to arrange a new collection method. You can find the contact details in the app: Assistance – Contact Us – Customer Service.
Please note that if you do not install the telematics device, you will no longer be able to renew with BeRebel.
