You must always return the RebelBot within a specific time limit, which varies depending on the type of policy expiry:
• 10 days from the termination of the contract for all standard monthly expiries;
• 18 days from the termination of the contract only in the case of an annual expiry (i.e. the expiry date shown on the claims history certificate generated by BeRebel).
Except in the event of device theft, if the return takes place after these deadlines, a €19 penalty will be applied.
Uninstall the telematic device from the no longer insured vehicle. Then log into APP under La Mia Auto > Chilometri > Il mio RebelBot > Restituisci il RebelBot and follow the instructions to choose the return mode that is most convenient to you.
