RebelBot is a mandatory telematic device to be installed on your car's battery, used to monitor the kilometers driven and your driving style.
It also helps determine liability in accidents and prevent fraudulent behavior. Before activating the policy, you can choose how to receive the RebelBot:
- Free pick-up at a GLS Pickup Point. You have 10 days to pick up the RebelBot once it has been delivered to the pickup point.
- Home delivery via courier, for €9.66. Someone must be present to receive the package; if no one is available after two delivery attempts, the policy will be canceled.
Installation is simple and can be done independently by connecting two cables to the battery, following the instructions included in the package. Alternatively, you can ask for help from a mechanic or a Partner Centers, for an additional cost of around €15 + VAT.
Remember, if you do not install the RebelBot by the end of the month, it will not be possible to renew your policy.
