If you have chosen Direct Repair for TPL you can go to one of the 3,000 authorized centres of the Unipol Group network throughout Italy and the repair will take place without any advance payment. When you open the claim, agree on the nearest authorized centre to get the insured vehicle repaired smoothly and directly.
- Fire and Theft:
if your vehicle has been stolen or in the event of a fire, immediately report it to the authorities, and then send the report to us, so that we can interrupt the policy. You will then be provided with all the information needed to properly open the claim and the additional documents you will need to send us. If your vehicle is found after theft, contact us via email or WhatsApp to activate the new policy and tell us the most convenient body shop for you, among the 3,000 affiliated with the Unipol group network, where you can have your vehicle repaired.
- Damages for attempted theft or partial theft:
if as a result of the attempted theft, your vehicle is damaged or some parts such as standard accessories have been stolen, report it to the authorities immediately. When you contact us to report the incident, attach a copy of the authority report and tell us the most convenient body shop for you, by choosing from around 3,000 body shops in agreement with the Unipol group network, where you wish to have your vehicle repaired.
- Damages from sociopolitical events:
if you have suffered vandalism that has damaged your car, report it to the authorities immediately. When you contact us to report the incident, attach a copy of the authority report and tell us the most convenient body shop for you, choosing from around 3,000 body shops in agreement with the Unipol group network, where you wish to have your vehicle repaired.
- Glass&Crystal Damage:
if your windscreen is chipped or broken due to accidental causes, contact us to report the incident and let us know the glass centre closest to you, among the 200 available throughout Italy that have an agreement with the Unipol group network. Alternatively, choose the most convenient affiliated UnipolGlass centre for you and contact them by phone or go there in person: they will proceed directly with the opening of the claim and the repair of the damage.
- Weather damage:
if your vehicle has suffered damage to the bodywork and/or glass due to an unforeseen atmospheric event, when you report the accident to us choose which body shop in the specialized hail network of UnipolService you wish to go to.
- Collision:
if you have caused an accident that damaged your car, when you report the incident, tell our operators that you want to use the Collision guarantee (check if it is included in your policy directly in the app, by selecting the vehicle for which you are reporting the claim and checking the policy document available in MyCar | Documents). For vehicle repairs, you can immediately tell us the most convenient body shop for you, among the approximately 3,000 body shops in agreement with the Unipol group network.
