When the RebelBot is available, you will receive a confirmation notification:
- If you have chosen to pick up the RebelBot at the GLS pick-up point you selected, you will receive the go-ahead to collect the box. If you opted for home delivery, you will be able to track the shipment.
- If the RebelBot is installed before the policy's start date, it is normal for the device's LED to flash, and not to receive the activation SMS for the box.
In this case, the box will be active starting from the policy's effective date, and you will receive a confirmation SMS confirming the correct installation of the RebelBot on that date.
